University Ghent
Entelec delivered a Safety and Security Management System for the entire university. The system monitors and manages +/-90 buildings and 15 sites by means of a user friendly graphical interface.
Scope
15 sites and 90 buildings are monitored from 1 control room, fitted out with 4 servers. These workstations are operated on a 24/7 basis and provide a security & alarm management system for access control; multiple fire panels; intrusion panels; and technical management like HVAC.

The Sky-Walker Integration Platform's server is configured in a hot standby configuration, this on a redundant network. 4 client workstations are installed at several dispatching centers.
